Week 2 Blog: Jennifer Nguyen

This week we met up as a group during class for the first time! We started our blog website and started our team contract as well. We threw out a couple ideas that we would want to do for our project, but nothing is super set in stone yet. I really want to take some kind of cooking class or baking class for our project because I want to learn how to cook new things. It would be super fun as a team and kind of educational. We could also do our project on local restaurants in Lincoln like Scoops, an ice cream place that just opened or Good Evans, a brunch place that just opened as well. I also always wanted to learn self defense or sewing which we could also do as our project. These are things that we would need to research more on in order to be more knowledgeable about it. This week during our team meeting I tried to be as helpful as possible by putting in my input while we were writing our contract and brainstorming, but the main challenge for me was that I lost my voice so I could not talk at all during our meeting, which made me sad because I usually like to talk a lot and put in my ideas. However, in our next meeting, it should be a lot better and we should have our project ideas set in stone!
