Week 3 Blog – Connor Kmiecik

Our team will be successful this semester if we plan how we are going to capture and assemble our media thoroughly and as a team. I think all of our ideas are good and have the potential to make a great project. If we communicate well on what we are going to do and everyone knows what they are responsible for doing there is no reason that we will not have a great project. Good teams usually communicate well and bad communication can lead to a team falling apart. Our communication has been good so far but we have not really needed to communicate except for in class. I think our communication will continue to thrive in future weeks when it may be more difficult. This week we locked down a couple of ideas that we are going to look into further and potentially do for our project. I contributed to the conversation and helped to narrow down our ideas. I also worked on the team contract and we are almost finished. We didn’t really run into any challenges, everything went pretty smoothly. In the future we will continue to dive deeper into the three ideas that we have and figure out which one we are going to do as well as finish the team contract.
