Lindsay Elliott – Week 4 Blog

When striving to achieve an A in the class, planning and creating a schedule will be crucial to our success. Due to last minute work commonly coming up short, we have discussed as a group how being timely with our checkpoints is a must. We also believe that with creating a schedule comes organization, positive communication, and overall less stress. Based on feedback we received, it seemed our top choices were between kickball and food challenges. Taking in all things considered, we chose the food challenges with an approach such as man vs. food, and altering our original idea. Instead of just trying out one challenge, we plan on doing a breakfast, lunch, and dinner approach so we are able to gather more content and end with a more well-rounded project. I think the only problems we might encounter are getting enough content due to the challenges being timed, however with enough planning and preparation, we will be able to set ourselves up for success.

This week in class, we pitched our ideas in front of peers and teachers. We did not find ourselves facing any challenges, except the decision of what are final project was going to be. During / After class, I encouraged the team to finish our contract and get that submitted before leaving Anderson, so we would not face last minute issues.
