Week 5 Blog – Connor Kmiecik

We will know more about what media we want to use for our project after we do more research and watch some man vs food episodes to get inspired. Video will most likely be a crucial part of the project. We might attempt to record some 360 video, if so we would need to learn how to take that style of video. We will probably also include photography, audio, and maybe some graphic design. This week we focused on setting deadlines for ourselves on when we want to get things done. We found a date at the end of the month that we are planning on filming, and we will go back in April if we need more footage. We decided to meet every Thursday night to work on the project. This will include planning and researching before the filming date and editing and putting the project together after we film. We also signed our team contract and turned it in this week. In the coming weeks, we will need to lock down the types of media that we want to capture and distribute the responsibilities to group members. I hope to use my broadcasting skills to contribute to the team in whatever way I can.
