This week, we solidified our plans for the project. We set up weekly meeting times and we also chose a day to go film our project. I also further researched the restaurants that we were planning to go to and we are pretty set on three different places in Omaha. The only problem we encountered was the date to go film our project. We were shooting to go on a weekend, but many people were busy in the next two months. However, we figured out that it would be better to go film as soon as possible so that if we don’t have enough footage, or something went wrong, we have enough time to redo it. Originally, we planned to go sometime in March or April, but we decided to go at the end of February instead. We overcame this challenge mainly by just talking it through, so is what we will do in the future too.
For this project, we are going to have two people do the challenge and the other three will help film. We have not decided what specific equipment we want to use yet, but we will have at least two different types. I was think a go pro would be nice to film us going to each place. To make sure our footage is the highest quality, we need to make sure we have all our equipment, everything is plugged in correctly, all the settings are set up correctly, and that we know how to operate the cameras. The plan is really starting to fall into place and I think it is going to go pretty smoothly!
