we are at the midsemester point with our project right now and I think its going pretty good. We decided to do a big chunk of our footage last week already so we already have a lot of content to work with. Also since we filmed earlier, we have time to go back and film more as we need it and also we know what we want and need for our last bit of the project. Our teamwork is also going pretty goof as well! When we filmed we all kind of helped eachother and some people knew how to do certain things and some people knew others. Something that didnt go well was that we wanted to use a goPro but we didnt know it needed a mini SD card so we couldn”t use it at all. Some things that are not going well is that we used a mic to record audio and the footage is not popping up on the SD card . We are still trying to figure it out though! The biggest challenge now is actually putting our project together on a website. We have a vision but the execution will be hard.
As I said this week we went to Omaha and did two of our food challenges. We all met up early in the morning rode together to each place. We faced challenges when finding room to film in the restaurants without inconveniencing customer. However. The workers were really helpful and patient with us which is good. We also struggled with what angles to film. Next time we will try to be more prepared with the equipment and what kind of footage we want!
