This week, we created a list as to what everyone needs to achieve to be ready for practice presentations in two weeks. We have had our media that will display on our website ready for weeks, and Connor has done a great job editing together the first of our two episodes. They look great and really encompass our experience! While filming our challenges, we also took a lot of pictures, so those will play a large part of telling the story as well. Our only challenges as for content have been the quality of the video. Unfortunately, when we went to rent our equipment, they only had the old JVC’s available and it is visible. Next time we would know to prepare earlier, as this is really the only thing that has gone wrong our entire project, besides the effects of COVID-19 and not being able to tape our final challenge. Going into each restaurant, we knew with them being timed, we had to have a plan to capture all the content necessary so each of us took a piece of equipment and it definitely helped us to get as much as we did!
This week, I have prepared all the photos to be put on the website and am currently writing the team background for all our members, creating the “our story” portion of the website. This week has been very productive, and I personally have not encountered an issue. Our meeting over zoom on Thursday was very productive and I feel that we have a great grasp on our work leading us through the remainder of the semester!
