With practice presentations quickly approaching next week, our group has done a great job dispersing the workload, so we are not struggling to finish anything! We have established a great plan in order to complete those last final tidbits like our ice cream episode, and then inserting all media including video, story and team background typography, and photo onto the website will be our final touch. Our group has great knowledge in different areas of the visual communication realm, so we have not needed to reach out to staff for assistance. We are excited as a team to receive feedback this coming week to improve our draft for final presentations. Our coming week is planned out so all media including typography, video, our virtual map, pull quotes, etc., is inserted on the website by Sunday so I am able to go in and interest pictures and adjust the layout. Then on Monday evening, we will have our preparatory meeting for Thursday to discuss who will talk about who will discuss what aspects of the project and making any final touch ups. As for what we want to get out of the practice presentation, overall is just insight as to what can be improved upon and any additional media that would be fun to incorporate into our project!
In the previous week, I have worked to create a team story background including personal biographies about each of members. I also filtered through all of our photos and selected the best options to include in our final product, as well edited them to have the same theme throughout the website. This week was very smooth sailing and I am proud of how well our group has worked together in coming prepared, and delivering quality content for our project.
