Week 15 Blog-Stella Sather

This week our group did a practice presentation on zoom. I am really glad we did this practice one because there were many aspects that I didn’t think about that I am now aware of because of this practice round. One of the things that was brought to my attention was a script. A script is going to be helpful so there isn’t weird silence throughout the presentation. It will also help us time out our allotted 15 minute presentation time. We also got an idea of how the video would play on zoom. It didn’t sound as clean as I would have liked it so we can’t rely on showing too much of it. We also need to add some finishing touches to the formatting of the website. There was also a good suggestion made by a student to add some info on the restaurants and owners themselves. Basically to get more back story on why the food challenges were created. We are gonna work our hardest to find what info we can about that stuff. I will also add more texts such as captions, since my job has been the writing portions of our website. Having two weeks to add these final touches will be nice and I am excited for our final presentation.
