Week 15 Blog – Payton Vergin

This week in class we got to see two more groups practice their final presentations. I was really impressed by their websites and got a few more ideas on how we could spiff up our own site. For example after seeing Group 2’s hover bios, I decided to change ours to something kind of similar. Something as simple as adding hovers can make the website more interactive. I also opted to add more color to the pages. We primarily had a green color scheme before, but I pulled a blue and an orange from our photos and I think it really pops now. Additionally I added a gallery at the bottom of the website to display all of the other photos that we gathered and put them in an order that told the story. I’m very happy with how it is all coming together. Now all that we really have left to do is meet as a team on Zoom to write our script for the real presentation. I believe that will be happening this weekend. It would also be nice for us to do a run through with the script all together so we can make sure it flows well.
